3D Bioprinter

CLECELL provides state-of-the-art 3D bioprinting technologies.

We provide Ideal solutions for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine R&D activities

Low viscosity collagen 3D lamination

Droplet-type printing and cross-linking through nebulizer allows low viscosity material output available.

Therefore, researchers may use collagen based bio-inks with low viscosity and build up skins, blood vessels, and organs similar to human organs.

Composite-Structure printing

Installment of low viscosity droplet dispensers & high-low viscosity extrusion Submodules enables composite-structure printing with variety of different materials and complex fabrication.

Users may produce composite-material components with biomaterials and biocompatible polymers (PCL, PLGA).

5 Different ways of Crosslinking

Ordinary 3D bioprinters offer UV-Led and thermal crosslinking. However, CLECELL provides enzymatic, pH-sensitive, and chemical crosslinking additionally. It expands the potential bio-inks usage pool with virtually no limitation.

pH-sensitive
Collagen + NaHCO3
Enzymatic
Fibrinogen + Thrombin
Chemical
Alginate + CaCl2
UV-LED
GelMA(Gelatin methacrylate) + LAP(photoinitiator)
Thermal
Gelatin , Agar, Pluronic

Nebulizer

Built-in nebulizers are used to crosslink ph-sensitive, chemical-enzymatic-cross linkable materials through the application of nebulized polymerizing microparticles (size 4 micrometer) with an adjustable power setting.

UV LED

The built-in UV-LED(365 nanometers) allows for photo-polymerization of printed biomaterials. The duration and intensity of the UV light are adjustable. Users can custom order different LED light wavelengths.
